Our RV Resort yearly lease includes your children, their spouses and your grand children, all are welcome! Garbage and sewage included, small indoor pets are allowed (limit of 2).
Our occupancy rate is virtually 100% and when one of our rv sites becomes open, it isn't available for long. Please call us for current openings and any possible future openings.

The Towns County Veterans Memorial Park is adjacent to the Towns County High School, 1400 Highway 76 East in Hiawassee, GA. The Park was erected by the Towns County Board of Education and the Student Council, May 28, 1984.
