Hickorynut Cove is always changing and our improvements sell quickly.  We DO NOT do business over social media such as facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedin or others.  We do business the old fashion way, face to face.  Drop by any Monday through Saturday (Closed on Sundays) and we will be please to show you all the units available at that time.

We cater to semi-retired and retired couples.  We have 101 sites located on 84 beautiful acres.
With our mature clientele it is not unusual for a small percentage of vacancies to open up during the year.

Details:
Normal Annual Lease is $1600.00 per year
Garbage & Sewage are included in the fee.
Annual Water Assessment, $112.00 per year.
Annual Tax Assessment, $132.00 per year.

Television must have Internet Service with Windstream.
Note: There is virtually no satellite or dish reception in this cove surrounded by mountains.

Sewage, garbage and bath house privileges are includes in the lease.

No gates or fences. We are open year round. You may come anytime throughout the year. The entire RV Park has 12 month, year round, frost proof water. Bath house is available year round.
