Hickorynut Cove is for semi-retired and retired clients.  Your lease will include your children their spouses, and your grand children, all are welcome.
We conduct personal interviews to ensure the continuity of our resort. Get to know your neighbors without the coming and going of different campers every night like other campgrounds.
Hickorynut Cove is an 85 acre R. V. Resort with amenities such as streams, a beautiful lake, decks by the lake, fishing, walking trails, golf cart trails. All make the perfect location for retired and semi-retired seniors seeking a second home for a mountain get-a-way.

Details:
Normal Annual Lease is $1600.00 per year
Garbage & Sewage are included in the fee.
Annual Water Assessment, $112.00 per year.
Annual Tax Assessment, $132.00 per year.

Power, Television must have Internet Service with Windstream. Telephone is extra.

Our R. V. Resort, if not unique, is different from most. We cater to semi-retired and retired couples.

We offer one year leases. You park permanently. Many have built screened porches, extra rooms, roof-overs. It is quiet, peaceful and safe, easy living for your second home get-away.

We have good security, cable TV, telephone, dumpster service. Each site has its own power meter and you pay for only what you use. You maintain your own site and come and go as you please.

One Year R. V. Lease

We have a total of 101 sites so we are not a huge R. V. Resort.

All of our campers come and stay on their own schedules.
