Annual property tax basement  $132.00.
(Power meter deposit is one time only and is refundable when leaving)
>> Each site has an individual meter and pays their own power bill.  One year lease is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.  No sub-leasing or renting.
>>Your lease will include your children their spouses, and your grand children, all are welcome.
>>Television must have Internet Service with Windstream.
